Wait, What?!

Do you remember what things cost in 2004? Here’s a little reminder…

🛒 Milk: ~$3.20 → ~$4.00
🥩 Ground beef: ~$2.50 → ~$5.50
⛽ Gas: ~$1.90 → ~$3.50
🏠 Rent: ~$850 → ~$1,800

👉 Most everyday costs have nearly doubled over the last 20+ years.

Now let’s bring it closer to home…

How much were POA dues in 2004?
➡️ $278.23

How much are POA dues today?
➡️ $278.23

Yes… you read that right.

It would take an 80% vote of homeowners to change dues—so when you wonder why the POA is so intentional about collecting them, this is why:

Every single dollar matters.

💪 Thanks to the dedication and fiscal discipline of your POA Board since 2020:

✔️ We successfully purchased the clubhouse and amenities
✔️ We ended an unsustainable lease arrangement that could have bankrupted the POA
✔️ We’ve continued to operate with careful, conservative financial management

🎉 And now… here comes the fun part.

Many of our long-term homeowners have been incredibly patient—and it’s time to start giving back to the community in a big way.

✨ The Board will soon host a series of community input meetings to gather your ideas for:

🏡 Clubhouse renovations
🏊 Pool and amenity upgrades
🌳 Improvements to shared POA spaces

👀 So next time you’re enjoying the clubhouse or pool, start thinking:

What would YOU love to see improved or added?

2024 POOL SEASON

OPENING DAY: FRIDAY MAY 24TH AT 9AM

IMPORTANT POOL INFORMATION:

We have a new magnetic lock on the back doors. This lock will disengage during pool hours. 9am-9pm.
THE BACK DOOR LOCK AND THE POOL GATE LOCK WILL ENGAGE AT POOL CLOSING TIME.
THIS MEANS IF YOU ARE STILL IN THE POOL AREA AFTER CLOSING TIME YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EXIT WITHOUT ASSISTANCE.

You will have to call the clubhouse phone number, leave a voicemail, and someone will contact you and assist with letting you out.

If you get locked inside the pool area, and someone has to let you out,
you will be charged a $55 fine.
If the same household gets locked in a second time, their pool access will be suspended for the remainder of the season.
***This change will eliminate the need for a board member or employee to have to come to the clubhouse EVERY DAY, twice a day, to unlock and lock the pool.

Reminder: Children in the Clubhouse Fitness Area

Rules Regarding Children in the Fitness Area

Your children are welcome to accompany you to the fitness area at the clubhouse.

However:

  1.  CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE EQUIPMENT. Misuse of the equipment by someone of any age will result in a deactivation of your clubhouse keycard.
