The clubhouse party room and kitchen are available for residents to rent for a small fee. Your rental includes 6 folding tables and 32 chairs to accommodate your party needs. There is a large screen TV with Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+. Also included in your rental is use of the clubhouse kitchen. The kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer, a microwave and plenty of counter space. While you rent the party room and kitchen, the remainder of the clubhouse and pool area continues to be open and available to residents.
Those wishing to reserve the party room must fill out the party room rental agreement and pay the room rental fee BEFORE the reservation is confirmed.
