Your children are welcome to accompany you to the fitness area at the clubhouse.
However:
We are able to see via the camera system what is happening in the fitness area and we are able to look up which keycards have accessed the building at that time.

The POA would like to offer a friendly reminder that recreational vehicles (campers, boats, kayaks, canoes, etc.) must be stored behind your privacy fence or in your garage. Boats and campers cannot be parked in the driveway or street. Please make other arrangements for the storage of your recreational vehicle if it cannot be stored in your garage or behind your privacy fence. Please review the covenants (located here)for further details. Covenant violation notices will be sent to those homes that are not in compliance. Thank you!
