2025 POA Board Election

The annual vote for the Sienna Estates POA Board of directors is open.

Voting will take place over a 30 day period from December 7th, 2024-January 6th, 2025. Ballots must be received no later than January 6th, 2025 to be valid. Use the link below to submit your vote:

The results of the voting will be communicated at the annual meeting to be held on January 9th, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the clubhouse.

2024 POOL SEASON

OPENING DAY: FRIDAY MAY 24TH AT 9AM

IMPORTANT POOL INFORMATION:

We have a new magnetic lock on the back doors. This lock will disengage during pool hours. 9am-9pm.
THE BACK DOOR LOCK AND THE POOL GATE LOCK WILL ENGAGE AT POOL CLOSING TIME.
THIS MEANS IF YOU ARE STILL IN THE POOL AREA AFTER CLOSING TIME YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EXIT WITHOUT ASSISTANCE.

You will have to call the clubhouse phone number, leave a voicemail, and someone will contact you and assist with letting you out.

If you get locked inside the pool area, and someone has to let you out, 
you will be charged a $55 fine.
If the same household gets locked in a second time, their pool access will be suspended for the remainder of the season.
***This change will eliminate the need for a board member or employee to have to come to the clubhouse EVERY DAY, twice a day, to unlock and lock the pool.

2024 POA DUES

DON’T BE LATE!!

ALL 2024 POA DUES PAYMENTS MUST BE PLACED IN THE DROP BOX OR POST MARKED BY 4/1/2024.
PAYMENTS PLACED IN THE DROP BOX AFTER AND POSTMARKED AFTER 4/1/24 WILL INCUR LATE FEES AND INTEREST.
YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT DUE ON 4/2/24 WILL BE $312.89!!
AND THAT DOESN'T INCLUDE THE $30 FEE THAT WILL BE ASSESSED WHEN THE LIEN IS FILED.
PAY NOW AND AVOID ALL THE EXTRA CHARGES!!

LIENS WILL BE FILED WITH THE COUNTY FOR ALL PROPERTIES THAT HAVE NOT PAID THEIR 2024 POA DUES. 

PAY NOW TO AVOID THE ADDITIONAL $30 CHARGE TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND TO AVOID HAVING THE LIEN FILED FOR PUBLIC RECORD WITH THE COUNTY.
